There are different packages that you can use to set up your own email address. With this package, you'll have 15 GB of total storage space by default, which you can further divide into email addresses as you wish. With our hosting packages , we also provide you with unlimited email addresses by default, the only limitation here is the total size of the package. This is 25 GB for the total package, for example. You can then use, for example, 10 GB for your website (which is already quite a lot) and use the remaining 15 GB for your email addresses. Of course, you can also buy more storage space. But experience has shown us that 95% of users are satisfied with our generous limits.

In addition to our standard email, we also offer our own Exchange email addresses, which are aimed primarily at larger companies and intensive users. Here the collaboration between the devices and the calendar works faster and better than with a normal IMAP connected email address. How to create your own email address?

Creating your own email address is a breeze at MijnHostingPartner.nl. After activating your package, you can immediately create the email address via the customer panel. You can do this under My Products -> Email to create your email address immediately. Please note our requirements for a strong password and preferably use the generate option when setting the password, as you will probably only need it three times: once to save in the browser for webmail, once on your PC or computer, and once on your cell phone. A strong password is many times more secure and prevents a lot of hassle.

Set up your email address the way you want it

Choose your own email address and give it a name you like. Popular email addresses are info@ or your firstname.lastname@. You can also be a little more playful, such as hello@. Keep in mind that these generic addresses often come across as a bit colder. For actual personal customer contact, a private email address is more likely to be used. You are also free to create aliases, which means you can set up temporary email addresses or set them up to suit your needs.

Use your email address anytime, anywhere

You can access and use your own email address anytime, anywhere, and you can decide how to do it. On any device, for example, you can easily use our webmail, which you can use with your favorite Internet browser. But you can also set up your email address in a local application like Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or EM Client. Use your favorite program to do this! You can do the same on your Android phone or iPhone and use the proprietary Gmail app, the IOS app, or an app of your choice. As long as the program supports IMAP with the latest security methods, you can use it!

Having your own email address and hosting also gives you the protection of your data and email traffic, after all you are paying for the service and therefore your data is no longer the product. The only person who has access to your email traffic is you. With a free email address, your data is analyzed and used to serve personalized ads and sold to third parties.
