Server failure (s031) after PHP update

Update 18:45: Outage has been resolved.

Server S031 went down after a PHP update. This means that all PHP sites on this server are temporarily not functioning.

The outage is currently in process and we hope to have everything back up and running by tonight.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. We will try to minimize the downtime as much as possible.
