Finished: Announcement Maintenance (web)mail in the night of 24 to 25 November.
The maintenance work on the mail servers was reported finished at 05:35. All work went according to plan and no incidents were reported.

During office hours on weekdays you can always contact the helpdesk via the chat on our website.
During the night of November 24th to 25th we will perform maintenance on our mail servers. During this maintenance the webmail will not be available and outgoing mail traffic will not be possible. Incoming mail will be captured and delivered later. No data will be lost.
The maintenance will start around 01:00 and is expected to be finished around 06:00. After this the mail which has been caught in the meantime will slowly find their destination again.
If you have any questions about the planned maintenance, you can create a ticket via the customer panel or see if anyone is available from the chat on our website. On weekdays during office hours the helpdesk is almost always available to answer your questions.
We will try to complete the work as soon as possible and apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
