We have received multiple reports from customers who are not receiving mails from certain external parties. Server management is currently working to check and resolve this as soon as possible. At this moment we are not sure where this problem is coming from.
When this problem occurs at your email address as well, please create a ticket with the time and email address that is trying to send the email. Then we can check the logs.
