Display webmail desktop interface - solved 17-04-2013

Dear Customer,

The outage on the webmail interface was resolved overnight. An update to Smartertools was found to be causing problems, causing the desktop to no longer display properly. A bugfix solved the problem.

However, a restart of the services was necessary. We did this during the night to keep the downtime as low as possible and to cause as little inconvenience as possible.

All systems are working again as they should.

At this moment there is a display problemÃ'Â with the desktop interface of our webmail (webmail.mijnhostingpartner.nl).Temporarily we have linked the page to our mobile interface where you can log in with your credentials.

However, the layout will look different than what you are used to. We are working hard to solve the problem and hope that you will soon be able to access your mail again via the regular way.

Otherwise, there is nothing wrong with the mail traffic. It is therefore not possible that mail is suddenly lost because it only concerns the interface. As soon as the problem is solved we will mention it in the announcement.

If you still have questions about this, you can contact the helpdesk through the ticket system which you can find in your customer account. You can also check if someone from the online chat is present.

They are almost always available on weekdays during office hours to answer your questions.
