Status update DDOS attack: Resolved

Dear Customer,

The DDOS attack that lasted all afternoon and evening is finally under control. All firewalls and servers are running stable again and all traffic has normalized. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are still experiencing problems it will most likely be unrelated to this event and we ask that you create a ticket through the customer panel. From tomorrow morning at 9 o'clock our staff on the chat will be at your service again. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

At this moment we have the attack somewhat under control and certain ipranges are reachable again. This means that many websites, including our own, can be reached again.

Our technicians are still very busy though and it will take some time before everything is completely under control. If there is a status update we will inform you.

Our website but also the websites of our customers are not or poorly accessible. Our technicians are currently busy repelling the attack.
