Google Adwords Coupon Guidelines and Terms and Conditions

• These coupons can only be used for new accounts (less than 14 days old).
• After consuming the value of the ad credit, AdWords does not automatically stop displaying ads. It is the advertiser's responsibility to pause or stop campaigns when desired.
• You can use 1 coupon per customer, subject to terms and conditions.
• Use marketing materials available under "Marketing tools", to motivate your customers and provide good guidance when starting an AdWords campaign.

General conditions applicable to online advertising coupons:

• You are eligible for promotional credit if you have
  
  • (a) are a new customer to AdWords and have an AdWords account that is less than 14 days old at the time you enter your promotional code; or
  • (b) are a pre-existing customer with Google AdWords but you are just using a new feature or product in AdWords, as stated by Google on the coupon. The applicable eligibility requirement is stated in the offer you receive from Google.
• Any ads that exceed the promotional credit will be charged to the advertisers. Advertisers can stop their ads at any time before the promotion credit runs out if they do not want to receive additional advertising fees. Advertisers will not receive notification once the promotional credit runs out.
• Offer is subject to ad approval, valid registration and acceptance of Google AdWords program terms and conditions.
• Promotional credit is non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged.
• Offer may be withdrawn by Google Ireland Limited at any time for any reason.
• Advertisers are responsible for payment of all taxes due.

• You may be asked to have spent a minimum amount on advertising costs and been successfully invoiced for it, before the promotional credit is applied.
• Use of the offer may be limited to direct debit as a payment option.
• If you created your Google AdWords account with a currency other than the currency in which your promotional credit was awarded, the actual amount of the promotional credit may be subject to currency fluctuations.
• Offer is valid only for signups through the offer URL by customers with a billing address in the Netherlands.
• Offer expires 3 months after the medium containing your coupon was first issued or on the expiration date shown on the coupon (if any).
• By using this coupon and/or promotional credit, you agree to these terms and conditions. Offer is void to the extent prohibited by law.
