Restore password of a mail account:


1. You log into the control panel.(https://control.mijnhostingpartner.nl)

2. In the menu go to Mail --> click on Accounts. Here the email addresses are displayed.




3 Click on the email address you want to change the password from.




4. Remove the black bullets and enter 2x the same password you want to use.

Note: The password must contain the following criteria:
- Contains a minimum of 6 characters
- From at least one capital letter, one number, one foreign character (!@#$%).
- Is not directly traceable to yourself (age or license plate number)

5. Check the Change Password checkbox and click Save at the bottom.
