Can My Hosting Partner be reached by phone?

MijnHostingPartner.nl does not have a telephone helpdesk. To keep our services as cheap as possible, the helpdesk is initially maintained through our online customer system. If we can't solve the problem we will contact you by phone.

The helpdesk is available 24/7 by ticket & the online chat system. From experience we can say that most issues are perfectly solved via ticket and chat.

If you still want to use telephone support then we have add-ons for this.

- Telephone support during office hours on weekdays:3.95 permonth (Excl.VAT)

- Telephone support on weekdays and weekends: 9.50 per month (Excl. VAT)
