How do I request a transfer code for my domain name?

To move your domain name, you often need a transfer code. If you want to move your domain from MyWebShopPartner to another provider, you need to create a ticket through your own customer account (where the domain is so below) with the request for this code to give. Without this code, eppcode or token the other (new) provider can not move the domain name. Before the relocation code for the domain name is issued, the corresponding subscriptions belonging to the domain name via the customer panel to be terminated. More about cancellation can here find.

Attention! Requests for a moving code via mail will be rejected! Ultimately, this is for your safety, because mail correspondence is relatively insecure and it could happen that someone else requests a relocation code in your name. To prevent that we use the ticket system which you can find in the customer panel.

In some cases we do not issue the code, but it is provided by the party that issues the domain names (eg DNS.be). If you have a .be domain name, for example, the code will be sent to the mail address with which the domain name was initially registered. In that case, the hosting provider is completely separate from it.
