503 message when sending mail

When you get the following error message in your email client:

503 Valid RCPT command must precede DATADan

your own IP address is blacklisted. The cause can have several reasons, this can only be solved by contacting your Internet Service Provider.
For example Ziggo or T-Mobile.

We cannot solve this problem for you since this is not our service. What you can do to solve this is the following.

Step 1. Find out your IP address.
This can be done in several ways, the easiest is to go to the following website:
https:

//nl.vpnmentor.com/hulpmiddelen/ipinfo/Alternatief

.

On your Modem the IP address can also be found. This is usually in the settings within your network.
In the browser you can go to 192.168.1.1 to see it.
However, this is a different way within each system.

Step 2. Enter the IP address for verification.

After you find out what IP address you have you can then check it on the following site for blacklisting:

https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx

With this information you can go to your provider, a possible solution would be a new IP range.

If you have any further questions, you can always see if there is someone on the online chat.
Or you can create a ticket in the customer panel.
