I want to add a signature / I want to personalize my mail.

If you use the webmail and you want to personalize your mail then you must first log in to the webmail via https://webmail.mijnhostingpartner.nl/ with your mail address and the corresponding password.

1. Once logged in you are in the screen below where you have to click on the button 'settings'.

2.After this you need to click on signatures in the left menu.

3. If you left on signatures have clicked then you should then click the button 'new'.

4. If you press this button then you have the possibility to personalize your signature.

In the name field you have to give a name for the signature. If you use multiple signatures then you can easily separate them later.

In the edit box, enter the text that you want placed in the signature.

6. If you want people to be linked directly to your site then you need to add a hyperlink. You can create this link in the 'Hyperlink Manager'.

It is important to save your work so you don't have to start over if something goes wrong.

7. When you're done with the texts and hyperlinks and you're satisfied with the result then save the signature Next to it you will have the possibility to set this. Here you can use the pull-down menu to select your signature. When you have done this click on 'save' and the signature will be in there.

8. Now when you compose a new message the created signature will appear in the mail.

9. If you also want your logo in the signature then you have to add it to the HTML code of the signature. How this works exactly is explained in another article.
