Email setup - Samsung

To set up your email account from your web hosting at mijnhostingpartner.nl within a Samsung phone you can follow these steps.

Always check first if you can log into our webmail, this can be done via the following link

1) Go to the settings of your Samsung device to set up your mail account.

After this go to the settings within your phone and select Cloud and accounts.

2 ) Login with your MijnHostingPartner.nl account on a Samsung device.

Then click on accounts.

) Click on Add account.

) Click on Email.

) Then enter your email information that you have set up on our control panel.

Next you select Login and then click on IMAP Account.

6) Step 3, Setting up the mail

At the top you will see your email address, username and password.

Then you put at IMAP server "imap.mijnhostingpartner.nl", Security type you can set yourself and set the port to 143.

For outgoing SMTP server set "smtp.mijnhostingpartner.nl", set this to port 25.

If port 25 is blocked you can use port 26.

Make sure that "Verification required for sending email" is on.

8) Check settings

Now if you press on Email under accounts you can press on your set email account.

Press on your name and turn on Account sync.

Then below you can set every how much time the emails are synchronized.
