How do I cancel my domain?
It is possible that you have a domain that you are not using and that you would like to cancel. The domains should be canceled before a new invoice is created, when the invoice is created you still have to pay it! So you have to take this into account. If you continue to cancel then we will always like to hear exactly what the reason is so we can improve our services. If you have requested this by accident, please contact our helpdesk as soon as possible.
1. Log in to the customer panel and click on domains.
.2. After this, go to the respective domain and press view.
3. Then go to the heading cancel and here you can fill in when you want the services to be canceled.
