These are: Mail accounts, Creating websites, Creating databases and users, Creating FTP accounts. So do these things through the customer panel, and preferably no longer through the control panel.


After you create the order and complete the payment, it may take some time for the system to process your request completely.

Activation of the control panel cannot take place until the domain name is registered or the transfer is complete. This is because the domain name is completely interwoven with the control panel. In this, we are partly dependent on the party issuing the domain names.

The password of the control panel as well as the activation can therefore take some time after the administrative processing of the registration. From 5 minutes to days depending on the extension.

However, if at the end of the day you still have not received your control panel details, we would like to ask you to create a ticket in the customer panel.
